I love this olor and it’s just right for my complexion. When you use the conditioner with it. It lasts weeks

MUST USE HEAT
Washes out quickly. Color does not work unless heat is applied. I used blow dryer with plastic cap. First time was not enough heat for long enough. Washed out in 2 weeks. Need heat to get longer results.

Color bleeding after each washing
I really wanted to love this product since my hair stylist recommended it. Positives: great grey coverage, beautiful shade of brownNegatives: the water never runs clear as the packaging states which has caused various stains on towels and clothing after each washing of my hair. Every time, I even re-wet my curls, my hair drips brown. This is occurring after up until the 4th wash. Imagine if I went swimming?! I would have a trail of brown behind me.So, this semi permanent is a deal breaker. I’ve never experienced this with hair coloring. I’m wondering what other people’s experiences are like.

Hair color ok
The color washes out too quickly. After shampooing a few times my greys were showing. I guess you have to use permanent hair color for grey hair. Though, I am not totally grey.

Terrible odor on dark brown
I’ve used Bigen before but the smell on this dark brown is terrible!

MESSY, MESSY PRODUCT
I PREFER THE POWDERED VERSION NOT THIS ONE!!! THE POWDERED VERSION IS MORE EFFECTIVE AND LONGER LASTING, LESS MESSY AND YOU CAN MEASURE OUT WHAT YOU NEED AND STORE THE REST. THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT WORKS BETTER WITH HEAT BUT IS MESSY AND NOT AS GOOD AS BIGEN'S POWDERED VERSION. I WON'T BE IT AGAIN. I HAVE GONE BACK TO THE POWDERED VERSION.
