Dr. pen X5 Newest Wireless kit w/LED display & 6 x cartridges …

I have only used once since it has arrived, (I microneedle my face once every 4-5 weeks) but the results are very close, if not the same, as those I saw from seeing my dermatologist for microneedling and the cost of the pen is less than one session with my derm. I’m happy with this purchase.

I was interested in trying at-home micro needling and had decided on this pen thanks to the Youtube channel "Penn Smith Skincare." I had bought the same product here in Amazon at a cheaper price until I realized that other sellers are not authorized by the manufacturer. I returned and bought from "Dr. Penn USA," which is the only authorized seller on Amazon. I did not want to take any chances with a product that will be puncturing my face!About the product, it came as advertised with all cartridges, and I was happy with the quality and ease of use. I can't say whether I've seen results yet because I've only used it once at 0.5 millimeters since I got it last month, and it is my understanding that at this depth, it's best to space out the treatments every 4-5 weeks apart.

This was a great purchase for me! I have been micro-needling for a while now with the manual micro-needling wheel. This device does a much more thorough job and its electronics work very, very well, no problems at all. It is great that it is cordless and it charges up very quickly which is a plus.

Came as described, works well, had an issue with cartridges not screwing in all the way, sent Dr. Pen an email, and they quickly resolved this issue for me! Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend! My only photo of my pen is attached with my entire skin care line of products. Sorry for this.

The power button on this broke after a few uses. I would recommend another model

I used to use a derma roller several years ago and then bought this pen when I learned about it. I have used it twice for nano needling (bought ~3 wks ago) and love it. I will try the deeper needling next and know it will be a great experience. This is a great DIY procedure that makes your skin look great. WIsh I had bought it a year ago!

The product didnt come

Product works great but customer service is even more fabulous! It's awesome to buy a high-end reputable product and have customer service that stands behind it. I would highly recommend this company and only this company to purchase from!
