Holy back alignment Batman!!!
This item has changed my life. I sit at my computer upwards of 10 hours a day. I’ve bought this exact item twice, not because the first one deteriorated (quite the opposite!!!), but because I left my first one with my mom and then three days without it, I was missing it so much, I bought a new one. This foot rest has provided me with the right amount of support to avoid my back cramping up.My 76 year old mother had back surgery in January, so she used this foot rest to keep her back aligned when sitting in a chair or on the couch. This was particularly important as she’s petite, and can’t sit all the way back with her feet flat on the floor.The design and functionality is perfect, the angle is amazing for someone with short or long legs.I highly recommend this item!

Relief while sitting
It helped me align my body while sitting at my desk and watching television. I was able to keep my back straight and relieving the strain. I only wish it was a little softer but I’m pleased with the results.

Would be better in a different material
Good size and shape, but the memory foam dents over time (changing your foot position) so it's less comfortable the longer you use it.
