Great in soups
These noodles are my favorite gluten-free alternative for soups. Most gluten free noodles “melt” in broth and liquid or the texture is off. These taste great, have ideal noodle texture and don’t melt. Cook them for 5 minutes before turning off the heat and they won’t fall apart and turn to mush in the leftovers :)

Fast, healthy & convenient home cooked meal solution
I very much enjoy the convenience of these thin rice noodles. They cook fast and drained they keep refrigerated for a few days and can be used as a quick and easy but delicious meal with all kinds of sauces, in soups, slightly sweetened with honey in a some (hot) almond milk, or as a main dish with some butter/olive oil and some fresh herbs on top. Quick, light, healthy and Yum!! :)

Trick to cooking the noodles
Comes out tasty if you first heat it up with hot tap water for 5 min. Then bring another pot of water to boil and add noodles for about 45-60 seconds. Makes great Vietnamese pho.

Thai kitchen thin rice noodles
Thai kitchen thin rice noodles taste just like egg noodles to me, and are great for anything you would use regular pasta for: soups, pasta, salads, etc. I'm allergic to flour, soy, and several of the ingredients that can be found in other brands of rice noodles. But these are just made of rice. That's it. Easy on my allergies, gluten intolerance, and the stomach.

These are great. Just add a lil sauce and your good to go, Or just eat them plain. Maybe chicken or steak or anything on top of them so many ways to fix them. Thanks again.

Mmmm, Mmmm, Good
We love Thai food and being able to buy the noodles and make our own has made it doubly good. The fact that we can buy bulk through Subscribe and Save, get a double discount that makes the price VERY inviting and reminds me when it's time to order again, make buying them through Amazon a real WIN for me!Good Product, Good Program, Great Company...That's a three-way win for me!

good wheat alternative
Need to get better at adding flavor with ingredients because these have no flavor. Little different to cook as well.
