Amazon Can Do Better
Don’t know how this happened but I ordered this handle new. It arrived the next day and good grief. The handle was dented, parts are missing, the inside rose is all banged up. No instructions. Just stuff jammed in a box. I ordered a replacement. I will say this the handle is very well made. Not a cheap model. It’s heavy and when I do get a new handle, it will look very nice on my door. I am a frequent buyer on Amazon and this is the first time this has happened when buying something new. I have had problems with used items but not new. Hope this is not a pattern.

Wrong rose - terrible customer service
UPDATE: Changing my rating to one star due to absolutely terrible unresponsive customer service. They have customer reps all over the states. The one that supposed to resolve my problem simply does not respond to emails or phone calls. Guys at another one, who pick up the phone, cannot do anything more then transfer my emails and phone calls to another rep at different part of the country. Dead end. END of UPDATE.Overall nice, good looking modern product. But the rose you see in the picture posted by the seller and actual one are different. The one they sent me does not allow this modern handle/knob to snap on to the tube. This rose meant for older style knob. Therefore it does not work.

Latch stuck
Latch is stuck, door won’t shut. Plate is poorly cut or designed the latch hole is too small.
