(Updated!) Practically Bulletproof!
The media could not be loaded. My son goes through a typical "sturdy" Chewie every 1 to 1 1/2 days... We have had him using this Chewie for a couple of weeks now and there is absolutely no sign of wear.We are going on 2 months of constant use, he loves it, and although it is pricy you do get what you pay for.We will probably be looking at getting a couple more of these just for his different wheelchairs, his backpack, and as a spare.This is definitely worth it if you have a stimmer and has a hard time with self regulation!

10 month old loved it!
Big hit with the little one, something to chew and to hold onto for extended periods of time. Nice bonding toy.

Help get my kid off his pacifier
My oldest loved his pacifier and we tried everything to get him to stop using it. Replacing his pacifier with this at bedtime helped transition him away from his pacifier. This also helps him when he is overwhelmed; he liked to chew on things when he gets overwhelmed.

Great chewy for moderate chewers of any age
Got this for my 7 year old actually. He tends to grind his teeth or chew on anything from pencils to his shirt when he gets wound up. I got it to save his teeth and shirts while we work on helping him manage his stress and it works great. Hes not a super hard chewer so this works great. My only wish it it could be nice it it had a dedicated place to hook it to a lanyard to go a round his neck. As it is the lanyard moves along the biting surface and gets in the way sometimes. All in all a great by and it has been a big help.

I think I'm addicted.
Honestly I bought this on a bit of a whim, thinking to myself "I wonder if there are adult chew toys, like for kids". Well LO AND BEHOLD! This thing is incredible, I'm a fairly tough chewer and it puts up with the abuse like a champion. I have idle issues with chewing on things, drinking too much too quickly, or used to have trouble with smoking. This definitely helps simply occupy my hands and mouth in a way that distracts that idle need to be constantly doing something.I'm seriously considering buying a bunch of these and always carrying one on my person.
