Not much flavor to them which I appreciate. Now the PSA warning they do change your stool a different color so you google MDs be warned it may not be cancer causing the change in the color it may just be the berries so do a simple self test of not eating for a few days to see if it returns back to normal.

My husband can’t wrap his head around these because he’s not used to the taste but I LOVE them!! In the evenings I get stressed (dieting and I hate it) and want something chewy and a little sweet….ok maybe I want something very sweet. These are kind of sweet in taste and help get rid of the sugar monster inside me. I read they’re also very healthy.
