I will start by saying that I'm a 30 year old female of average height and weight. I eat mostly healthy foods, but consume a fair amount of salt in my diet. I have had kidney stones in the past and am doing all I can to avoid future ones. I tried Pure Kidney Supplements for a week, and have see improvements already.The Good:-Within the first few hours of taking the Pure Kidney supplement, I noticed increased urine output, as well as increased thirst and water intake.-I found that I have tripled my overall daily water intake - I'm now drinking 90 - 100 oz daily!-By the end of the first week my ache in my right kidney has gone from noticeable to barely noticeableThe Not so Good:-The Pure Kidney supplement pills are GIANT. Not only are they large, the serving size is five of these babies.-They do not sit well on an empty stomach, I have found that if I take them after lunch or breakfast, I'm just fine!The Bad:-Honestly, I can't find anything truly bad about these!I will continue taking them to see how I feel in the coming weeks and months, but right now I am feeling great. My skin is hydrated and glowing, I'm in less pain and I feel energized. I can't attribute all of that to the Pure Kidney supplements, but I certainly am pleased with the results so far.

I have healthy kidneys and no signs of compromised function. However, I still noticed a difference in the way I felt after taking the pills. I am more energized, sleep better, and feel more focused throughout the day. I have been taking an antidiuretic for cystic acne which has caused me to go to the bathroom more often, and by using this dietary supplement, my bathroom visits have significantly decreased. An additional advantage of this product is protein retention. I don't eat meat nor consume other viable protein sources, so I definitely have a protein deficiency. By using this product, I have increased my protein levels significantly and can feel the difference. This product is a definite buy especially if you have poor kidneys or low protein levels.The tablets are easy to swallow, and I have generally remembered to take them every day. It’s pretty easy to manage.The best part - the cookbook. The cookbook is EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! The recipes are fantastic, and I’ve tried a couple; my family loves them.I will keep reordering this product, and encourage everyone to give it a try.

I got a ton of diarrhea from these pills. I’d stop and the diarrhea stopped. Started again, violent diarrhea would return.

I started using pure kidney based on Dr Robert Galarowicz recommendation because of my late stage kidney disease. These essential amino acids allow me to eat a low protein diet and still have the energy and nutrients I need. And also this is a much more affordable than the other brands. I’m hopeful that this will help me to improve my kidney function.

I bought these pills after finding out that I have stage two CKD. I began taking the pills 4 days ago and have noticed that my stool is not solid and I am now experiencing diarrhea. I am not sure if it is due to the pills but I will stop taking them and consult a dr. before considering a second attempt. I am sure the pills help but for me this has been the issue.

Kidney problems

I think this is a great supplement for those who struggle with kidney issues or even as an everyday maintenance supplement. The ingredients are great for overall body health. I was a bit wary of them being huge pills, but the size of them is very reasonable. I didn’t struggle to take them and you get a LOT in the bottle. It’s an awesome value for a great product. I highly recommend.

I have perfectly healthy kidneys (I think) however my brother has kidney failure at 33. I figured I should stay on top of my kidney health. This bottle is very large & I've only been taking the supplements for a week but I already feel they give me more energy. There have been no other side effects for me. I take a lot of other supplements & keeping my kidneys functioning well is very important because of this. (Definitely check with your physician before adding any additional supplements to your diet)Oh also the cookbook is sent as a PDF at time of purchase, not a paper or hard copy :) which is very convenient
