Tifosi Aethon Sport Sunglasses - Ideal For Cycling (Road, Gravel, Mountain Bike), Hiking and Running

I wear these when running and cycling. I have run several 100 mile trail races in these and find the tint light enough that I can wear them through the night, as long I have a headlamp, and the transition to a darker shade keeps me from squinting during the day. They are comfortable after hours of wear, and never slide down my nose, which is a major issue with most glasses I’ve tried. I’ve fallen while trail running and mountain biking and never had them fly off. I have dumped them off the top of my head a few times at the post run/ride watering hole, yet they have minimal scratches after 2+ years of use. I do clean them regularly and store them in their included hard case when I’m not wearing them. While I wouldn’t exactly call them stylish, they protect my eyes from wind, sun, branches, and debris, so I’m pleased with them and would buy another pair.

Great set of riding glasses, until you need to turn and peep behind you. The lower part of frame that holds the the nose piece creates a blind spot. It may be possible to clip the area off without affecting the nose piece support, but I'm a little intimidated, possibly ruining my glasses.

A very good shade, my head is small and I was looking for a good coverage shade but won't look huge on me. I used a frameless shade before to get the coverage and fit, but frameless frame sometimes would make lenses too close to my eyes and I could feel my eyebrow touching the lenses. This Aethon fits me very well and the detachable brow bar avoids lenses getting close to my eyes, I am surprised how good it is compare to my previous one. I also tried changing different lenses and I can say it can be done effortless. I just used it once, no fogging everything feels secure and I can focus on my ride, about durability time will tell, for now I am very satisfied.

They feel pretty cheap and probably don’t have the best quality control as my pair have some minor defects but not enough to return for new ones. Pink lenses work really well, good purchase.

Tifosi sunglasses tend to sit higher on my face than others and these are no exception. Also, I may be allergic to the rubber they use on the temples because after a few hours it feels annoying. Finally, the optics have some ghosting that appears with high intensity light - when oncoming headlights, you’ll see a corresponding point flare image. Not s huge deal but something you won’t see with better quality optics. All that said, they keep the price down which is a major benefit over the likes of Oakley, Smith, etc. I would pay a little more if they’d fix the fit issues and improve the optics a bit. If you’re OK with those limitations, for the cost they are solid glasses.

Great quality with low price. You can forget you are using it due it so comfortable.

I had to return them. I tried to change the lens for another and oh boy, it seems like I could break the frame or the lens very easily. So before breaking it, I just returned it. I love this brand but this model is not reliable.
