Heavy package is hard to return and would be good if the part always in the box.
I like to chairs so much but one chair got missing ring.

The stand by their product quick response to my issues so soft best seat for once backside of back.
No dislikes but a wish that chair back was 90'' angle seems to be about 80" . Mostly use for tv and computing
