I purchased this journal because I am a prolific writer, and I wanted a notebook that would last me a while before I filled it up. Page count really didn't matter to me exactly, but I wanted a lot of pages. This has a lot of pages, but it does not have the exact number that is advertised. Mine is about 36 pages short.Also, it is advertised as "lies flat when opened." Yeah, it doesn't. Like any other thick-spined book, either the front cover or the back cover is lifted off the table when you are trying to write it in. Not going to stop me writing in it, but it is an inconvenience when I am trying to write with the journal propped on my knee or lap.Also, the cover is not hard. It is about as sturdy as a piece of corrugated cardboard. It holds some pressure but it does cave when you are balancing the notebook on a non-flat surface and trying to write.Will I use it? Yes. It is being used. Paper is paper to me.Will I purchase it again? No. There are better notebooks out there. And some of them are even true to what they advertise.Will I recommend this to others? No. Unless you are just looking for a super-chunky notebook to write in, I would suggest that you keep looking. There are better ones out there.

I really do love this book. I bought it to use as a daily diary / journal. The only reason I knocked one star off is because I don't like the gold embossed "Believe " quote on the front. I just wanted a plain diary and it makes this one look like a bible to me.

Overjoyed to be able to put all my Bible teachings in one notebook. I ordered the red A5 760 page with lines. It is sturdy, very nice looking and easy to carry. It is an ideal size, It looks just like a bible on the outside. I Love it!!!Update: 2 years later and still in perfect condition. I have put many notes in it. I have just ordered another one for my son for Christmas

Hey, I bought this notebook as my diary. Really like it. It has bunch of pages but at the same time this fact makes this notebook heavy. So you can see that last page doesn’t seem like doing a good job.

If I have any tiny complaint it is that the ribbon markers are about 1 inch too short. It would be 100% perfect and a five star with just longer ribbons. The overall quality of the book is really good.

This has been one of the most amazing journals I have EVER purchased! (And I purchase a lot trust me ) I thought it would be difficult to write in due to the cover being harder than I normally buy, but it’s easy to maneuver wherever I am. The pages are thick and I have had no problem with words bleeding through( I write in red, black and highlight like CRAZYY) It is pleasantly thick and I love how you can mark the weather and day at the top! Absolutely will buy again and suggest YOU give it a try!!

Great journal and I look forward to filling it. The weight of the paper is great for a fountain pen. I got the ruled pages and wish now I had ordered blank...the lines are quite wide. Still I have no complaints.Nice thick journal. It's the size of a calendar planner, so it will be easy to carry in my huge purse.

This journal is used for professional and Board of Directors meeting. It sends a signal that you are serious about your business. This is also good for Persian journaling as well. Great feel under my ink pens.
