NO GRAY HAIR!
I have been taking supplements to prevent gray hair for several years. I buy the most reasonably priced supplement at the time (if it has the ingredients I want); therefore, I have used numerous different brands. Some have not worked as well: either a gray strand will often show that I end-up cutting out, some really don't work and I end-up dying all my hair.This product works great! So far, not even gray strands to cut out. And the texture of my hair remains soft & natural. I highly recommend!

Change sleep schedule
On the first day, I took 2 capsules at lunch. I started to feel sleepy at 9 pm, fell asleep before 10 pm, and woke up at 3am the next day，the next days, 9:30-11:00PM sleep, awake4:00-6:00 . It was an accident to change my schedule, but I didn't notice any changes in my hair, maybe it was too short. My husband also took 2 capsules at lunch, and his sleep quality was better.

I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now and Haven’t notice any changes so far. But I understand it may takes some time. Will buy another bottle and see if it works.
