This faucet has an undeniably cool look to it. It comes in a plain white box, but inside is the faucet body in a nice black cloth bag. The first thing I noticed when I picked it up was the heft of it, its a solid chunk of metal, which I like to see. It also includes the bottom plate (to use if you have a 4 inch spacing predrilled sink to cover those holes up) and the flex tubing. I believe the tubing was 18 inches, perfect for what I needed. Installation was straightforward, the only issue I ran into was the sink hole was too small. I think my sink had an abnormally small mounting hole, compared to others I've seen.Once it was all hooked up, it worked like expected. Its a tad loud- the mixing valve consists of a turbine that helps blend the cold and hot water, which creates a little more noise than I was used to hearing from my old faucet. The chrome needs to be polished regularly to keep spots off, which I'm happy to do because it looks so good. The only issue I'd note is how the water stays in the spout. This wouldn't be much of a problem for the manufacturer to address; just put the spout at a slight downward angle to get a proper drain. I don't think it's enough of an issue to warrant a star removal, however, as the faucet is well worth the money for the product received. Just go to a big box hardware store and see how much they charge for a faucet that doesn't have a quarter of the character this one has, and you'll see what I mean.

Very impressed with the high-quality and thoughtful design of this sweet little "waterfall" bathroom faucet.It really upgraded and modernized the look of our bathroom...and it was a great relief to discard the dated, worn, corroded faucet it replaced.The installation was fairly straightforward and pain-free.Unlike some other reviewers, we had no problems whatsoever in replacing our old three-hole faucet with the Eyekepper faucet tower and base, which elegantly covered all the openings. The supplied water lines were the appropriate length and had fittings that matched perfectly, quickly screwing in place. The model we selected was a discreet brushed nickel, and the finish looks robust and very pleasing to the eye. The slanted angle of the faucet tower allows the waterflow to pretty much empty when finished.Regarding the issue of excessive water splashing and noise from the faucet, we found that adjusting the hot/cold water valves underneath the sink took care of both problems. Allowing just 1/3 to 1/2 of the each water valve's full-turn capacity...significantly reduced splashback and water aeration noise. Turn the faucet on full and play with the hot/cold valves till you get the desired effect when using hot or cold water or mixed.All in all, the wife just LOVES this faucet...so I had to order another one for her private bathroom...lol. (The second one was a snap to install in less than an half-hour.)

I'm glad that I waited a month or so before writing my review, as it may have mislead some potential purchasers. I originally purchased one of these faucets in February and I was aware I had to purchase the drain separate, which I was OK with because for the price, this faucet is a steal! Installation was easy for my husband who has installed faucets before, however the directions may be confusing for someone who has never installed on before. My original faucet came with all of the correct pieces that are shown in the pictures. We loved the faucet so much, we ordered a second one and received today. Husband went to install and noticed there was no "hole cover plate". I called Amazon after verifying I had ordered the same EXACT faucet(which I did) and they informed me my only option was to return the faucet and order another one. I assume that if I order a product, that every time I order it, I get the same product! Not only was it missing a piece, but it also was not identical to the one I previously ordered. Regardless, it is still worth the money because so far the original faucet(with all of the correct pieces) is beautiful and fully functioning with no issues. But a little consistency would be good. I'm not going to bother returning and HOPING that by reordering, the correct pieces will be included.**UPDATE**After my husband called Amazon(because he was not OK with the response I had received when I called) they overnights us another faucet, gave us a $15 credit for the hassle, and ensured that all pieces would be in next package. They were correct. We recieved the last package with all parts as the first package we received. I still stand by my review because although in the end it was corrected, the 3rd party that is packaging these faucets needs to know that some of their packages are missing pieces and faucets are not always as pictured.**TWO YEARS LATER**It has been almost two years and I thought if update my review. The faucet overall isfunctioning exactly the same and I am unsure if it is our water, the faucet's finish, or combination of the two but the finish is noticeably tarnished and a tad rusty. The pictures I included show just that. The spots on the top where you would lift to turn on are from me dying my hair so please disregard that as that is my fault. Other than that I have had no other issues with the faucet. The pictures I added are also zoomed in and with flash so at first glance, the damage really doesn't stand out much. You get what you pay for and honestly I am pleased and still would recommend. Also, I added a star to reflect this review since my 2 star rating was based on the shipping/packing error, not the actual product.
