Great product
The product does exactly what it needs to and that is apply soothing heat to my shoulder. The medium setting does it for me (white). I find that the battery is good for around 60-70 minutes of use before needing to be recharged. I'm glad I found this product. The product initially didn't come with a charging adaptor that plugs into the wall socket but the kudos to the seller for fixing this issue for me.

Heated Shoulder Brace Wrap - There's More to Know Than What's Provided
HEATED SHOULDER BRACE WRAP from ZLTFashion CareThis heating pad makes a good attempt at providing a shoulder specific device. However, I have not been able to adjust it such that the entire heated area stays in contact with my shoulder. No matter how I position it, I can always find an area with an air gap which, when pressed down, provides a higher temperature consistent with the parts that are in contact. That having been said, it should be noted that with a fully charged battery the heated area (through ice pocket) is initially at a fairly high temperature (measured 130 deg F - see attached images).I noticed that the manual states "the AC adaptor heating has a higher temperature than the battery mode" and thought that perhaps this would compensate for the few air gaps I couldn't correct. So I tried it using the charger rather than the battery. To my disappointment, it was not nearly as hot as it had been when on battery. Being as this was in conflict with the manual (and being an electrical engineer), I decided to do a little investigation. The attached graphic documents my measurements of the power being used by the heating element in both powering modes and at the three heat settings. It is noteworthy that the relative levels of power I observed are consistent with the what's stated in the manual, especially when in battery mode. Also included in the attached are some comments regarding their interpretation. If interested, please review those but, suffice to say, the temperature of the pad IS NOT higher when powered by the charger.I plan to do a bit more fiddling with the pad's fit before deciding whether or not to return it but do conclude the following:If your concern is for a longer period of heat at a lower temperature, then the charger mode will likely fill the bill. But if you want the higher heat, you'll have to use the battery mode and periodically recharge the battery (or find an AC power supply with appropriate plug that can maintain 1.45 amps at 7.4 volts when connected to the heating element at the RED setting).Note: Likely not that accurate but just FYI, the measured temperatures on the ice pack pocket were RED - 130 deg F, WHITE - 105 deg F, BLUE - 95 deg F. Keep in mind that humans begin to feel pain when skin temperature rises to 111 deg F, first-degree burns begin to develop at 118 deg F, second-degree burns occur after 17 seconds at 131 deg F, third degree burns occur after 30 seconds at 131 deg F, pain receptors become numb at 140 deg F, and human tissue is destroyed on contact at 162 deg F (length of exposure determines burn severity). This is undoubtedly why the heat comes on initially at the RED level but automatically changes to the WHITE level when the temperature reaches an (unspecified) "too high" level. Based on these measurements, it would not be advisable to wear this unit with direct contact to bare skin. I also noted that once the unit automatically switches to the WHITE level and you cycle it back to the RED level, it seems to stay there.

Super customer service
My mom loves this heated shoulder brace. The design hugs her shoulder pretty well. She wishes she could wear it all day. It ease the constant pain caused by arthritis. The battery lasts just over an hour at a time and takes about that long to charge. She used to let it charge overnight but I think that caused it to blow up. The seller kindly and promptly sent a replacement battery. We'll see if not leaving it charging too long will prolong the battery life.

good brace, poor battery
Very good brace, easily adjusted to fit comfortably. Battery is terrible. Have had the brace since May 2022. Use it on my stiff shoulder for about an 45 minutes to an hour every morning to loosen it up. Battery only lasts about 45 minutes, must recharge it after every use. Recently the battery expanded, pushed the back off the case. Since this is lithium, it can be a hazard. Wonder if this is covered by warranty. Would not buy again due to the poor battery life.update on this review. A member of the company reached out to me. Said they are aware of the problem and are working to get a new supplier for batteries. They did sent me a new battery, (same brand as the one that failed) free of charge. The early use is it seems to last longer than the one I had that failed. I know many reviews said they had no issues. Hopefully this will be the case. As I said in my initial review, the brace itself is good. If the battery issue is resolved, I would have no problem buying one in the future if the need arose.

Battery does not work
We've returned this for a replacement. The battery does not work. The blue lights only light up when the button is pushed, when it's plugged into the wall charger. The wrap turns on and the temperature adjusts when it is plugged into the wall charger. When the battery is unplugged from the wall charger, no lights and it will not turn the wrap on.Contacted the manufacturer and emailed them this info. They responded with instructions on how to use the wrap. We know how to use it. We have a vest that works the exact same way. We needed the battery replaced. Rather than spend days trying to get them to understand the problem, we returned the shoulder wrap. Will update when we get the replacement.
