Just what I needed!

I ordered this so that I could make "Jello style" gelatin, but specifically I wanted this product because gelatin is healing for the gut and good for your joints, as opposed to name brand Jello ingredients. Our only problem: the side of the package didn't tell instructions for simple Jello, just instructions for cheesecake. So here's how we made Jello:We used one packet (out of the 2 the box came with), which was approximately 1.5 tablespoons of dry gelatin. We used three cups of fruit juice. The juice my daughter chose was 365 brand Mango Lemonade. I also added in two tablespoons of magnesium (Calm brand) powdered supplement, in lemonade raspberry flavor. It disappears (visually) into the juice but added a little flavor boost.We heated it all on the stove top (per regular Jello box instructions), stirring constantly. Then poured into a Pyrex dish and chilled for 3 hrs in the fridge before serving.Huge hit! Kids loved it! Super helpful if your household has just finished a tummy bug and you're trying to offer foods that are healthy but feel like a treat.

Worked as intended, no complaints.

I tried to make gummies and they never gelled-not sure if it was user error or poor product,
