Great parts.
I'd go four star, but all the extras bump me to a five.Love the all in one design. Makes assembled height much smaller than OEM parts. Which is great when babe gets bigger, and you have to pump your other boob into a 9 oz bottle because your boobs are that kind of crazy in the morning while he's feeding off the other one.Not so loved- the plastic seems a bit more thin. Maybe a bit more brittle. One of my little yellow things is chipped a bit(doesn't affect performance) and these are the ones that typically stay home.Keep in mind- it is an all in one design. At about seven months into my pumping journey(wow that's cheeesy sounding), I had to size up. My nips started hurting when pumping. Asked the Internet, they said to try sizing up the boob cones. Funnels. Whatever they are called. Helped a ton.Ps, always have backup parts at work. Running home for one little essential piece when your boobs are rarin' to go is a huuuuuuge pain. Trust me. This is a great buy for a backup kit.

This made all the difference!
I was thiiiiiiiiis close to throwing in the towel with this whole pumping thing. Short background: I had to pump right away when my baby was born. She spent 8 days in the NICU and is now 3 months old. I eat steel cut oats, take fenugreek and blessed thistle, done all the research... Baby wouldn't latch for months and is not satisfied with my meager supply. My pumping output has been pathetic at best. I wanted to try other flange sizes but I didn't want to spend so much money on a product that may not make a difference when I don't get enough milk to really feed my baby. I found this kit and it is so much cheaper that I was skeptical of the quality. I decided I'd give it a try and let me tell you... It made all the difference. I got a smaller flange and pumping is so much more comfortable. In less time, I can express more milk and do not require as much hand expression. This kit is amazing and now I feel like I can continue pumping for a long time! I ordered another just so I can have two sets.

Better than Medela for fit.
I thought these would be the same as the Medela parts my pump came with. I was surprised when I opened the package and saw that the flange looked slightly different. After using the product I am so glad it's not the same as the Medela parts because it actually works better as the flange and adapter are one streamlined piece which means less parts to clean/lose and they also fit me better. I am happy to report that there is no milk around the flanges when I remove them which was an issue with he Medela products. I also really want to encourage all moms who work to buy an extra set of parts. I was doing it just to have a back up but read that often times the membranes and tubing needs to be replaced on your pump to ensure optimum production. My supplies was decreasing and I thought it was from stress/returning to work but after I used my replace parts I feel like my pump is working more efficiently and my output has increased. I also ordered size "medium" and it fits compatibly with the standard flanges the Medela pump (In Style) comes with.

Works for Medela and (my) Ameda motor.
I had a Medela pump passed down to me from my aunt after she used it for 3 children. Her oldest was 10 when she gave it to me so it was quiet old. These spare parts match the parts from that old pump to a T. I know the newer pump pieces look different but this is the original style. They actually look and feel identical. My Medela pump died recently and I acquired an Ameda motor from a friend and decided to try out these parts on it as well. Of course they are NOT made for Ameda pumps but they seem to work just fine. I figured I might as well try what I had before spending $55!!!! on the Ameda parts. As far as the sizing, please realize the MM size is about your NIPPLES not your breast. I have to use a 24mm on the left and a 21mm on the right. Not a problem since that gives me two sets of breast pump supplies and I can let one soak in soapy water for a bit and not have to worry about it.The yellow part with the rubber seals have to put on just right or they won't work just fyi. :)

All the pieces I needed for the breast pump
My only thing is that the flange are Made on the part that links to the bottles and you can’t switch them out.

There are a few things I like about these MORE than the shields that came with ...
There are a few things I like about these MORE than the shields that came with the Medela Pump. 1) They are one solid piece making them easier to clean (one less thing to take apart). They are a bit larger to store, but the pump bag has plenty of room so this hasn't been an issue for me. 2) The way they are threaded they place the ounce scale on the Medela bottles facing directly at you so you can see how much you have pumped really easily while pumping. 3) The way they are designed the milk runs down the front of the vertical piece making it really easy to see if/how much milk is coming out while pumping.Overall I didn't have any negative issue with these and feel they perform identically to the parts that came with the Medela pump. I love having duplicate parts and found it was worth the money to make my life a little easier with a newborn in the mix.

Weird design
I love my Medela pump. I have had it with both of my little ones. It is hard to find the replacement parts. When I received the box, I didn't think too much about the design of the flange. It is all in one piece. It is very awkward to put into my pumping bra and even more awkward to take it out after pumping. I feel like whoever designed this did not think about how to get it in and out of a pumping bra.
