Buddha Teas Organic Spearmint Tea - OU Kosher, USDA Organic, 18 Bleach-Free Tea Bags

I bought this cause someone told me spearmint tea was good for PCOS and i ended up loving it for the taste. The box it comes in is a really nice cardboard with a flip lid so i kept it and i store my trading card toploaders in now.

I purchased this tea to help lower my blood sugar or should I say stop it from spiking also I love the flavor.

I bought this to lower my androgen levels as they are a bit high and so far the results have been amazing! The excess hair I used to see is no longer growing in, and the "normal" hairs (not head hair! she's fine) that are growing in are taking a very long time and are thin! If you are buying this for the same reason as I did, please drink 2 cups of this spearmint tea daily to see the effects. I <3 this tea!! It changed my life.Oh, and not only that, but it has also cleared up my face and many have said that I look more energetic and youthful!

Spearmint Tea from Buddha Teas was recently recommended to me by a friend of mine who has had the some of the same digestive issues I’ve had. I’ve tried other mint teas and this one by far tasted the best. It doesn’t need even need honey! Packaging was great and the green was perfect for Spearmint! Not only did the tea help but the tag on the tea bags even has cute sayings that helped brighten my day! Love Buddha Tea products.

The tea tastes mild--there is nothing that stood out to me. Bought this tea because I read an article about spearmint's ability to clear skin and control sebum production of the skin, but so far I cannot see the effect.The only thing that I didn't like is how much tea is in each bag--seriously the amount in each tea bag is ridiculous compared to Starbucks' Tazo--why make the tea bag so big when there is so little in it? The concentration of the tea decreased so fast so you literally will use up two bags each day.

I’m not the only one say this…. the tea tastes great, but the individual packages tear open the tea bags inside of them most of the time when you go and tear open each envelope. It’s a shame. I’ve thrown away many of them unfortunately. Improve the overall packaging and this product gets a great review.
