Most helpful for my tendency to walk on the outside of my feet
These inserts are extremely helpful. I do have to replace them periodically as they lose some of their support over time. Over all they have been incredibly beneficial and I would recommend them.

Running Pain Almost Non-Existent!
I have lateral foot pain/ tendinitis that flares up after running more than 3 miles. I put these insoles in and ran 5 with no pain whatsoever! Amazing! Only thing to note is that if used on top of existing insoles, runners need to size their shoe up. Distance runners will notice that the insoles make the shoes smaller and your toes will be an issue. Great product!

These are the absolute best....wear well, last a long time, does not slip in my shoe
I need a 3/8" lift in my left shoe. This wool lift is the answer to a prayer. They aren't always available so I keep a stock on hand when they're available. Nothing else works as well.

If you have lots of money - buy! - They compress
These will compress quickly! I suggest buying multiple pairs to stack if needed. Alternatively, buy something a bit more sturdy. I didn’t find any sturdy LONG foot wedges and instead opted for shorter wedges specifically for the heels; they do fine for my height delta between my two legs.
