Did exactly what I needed it for.

The rubber does seem to be able to withstand a car, but the parts seems to be quite loosely put together. The metal bar used for the hingle is not sealed in place, so if you hold the protector vertically instead of horizontally while transporting, the bar slides out and the door falls off. Would expect it to be a bit better put together at this price point.I dont plan on moving the item much so I'm not going to bother returning it, but I do need more so I'm going to look elsewhere as opposed to buying more meters of this particular product.

I bought 2 of these to cover some cables/trip hazards in my office. They are definitely sturdy and will do the job well - but they stink. A really really strong chemical/creosote smell. They've been sitting outside for a day and half and you can still smell them 10m away.

The ramps are ok but we have had them for several months now and kept them outside. They absolutely stink of a horrible chemical smell you definitely can’t keep these ramps inside (they would render any room unsuable).Every time you touch them you need to wash your hands. Can’t express enough how much they smell we bought them months ago and they smell as bad as the day we bought them.Very odd issue I know!But a warning to anyone who would be in close proximity to them for prolonged periods/ planning to keep ramps inside.We keep them outside at the front of our house so no one is near them for prolonged periods.I wouldn’t even have them in my garden… that’s how bad they stink.

Our outdoor cable is a little twisted and so doesn't lay perfectly in the channel, this means that the top also doesn't sit flat if its moved slightly as the curve in the wire pops it open. Would be better if the top had a clip or something to keep it down, as its very light it could also just blow open or be itself a bit of a trip hazard if its slightly raised. It still works for us as it helps keep the cable to the hot tub out of harms way and it is tucked down the side and only gets stepped on when we're cleaning it. Not bad but could be much better.

I got this to stop a trip hazard on our patio when the children are in the garden. It works well and is easy to put the cables in and take them out.As others have mentioned it has quite an off putting smell and I was surprised that the hinge and brackets were not moulded together as it makes it hard to carry around vertically.It does the job it is designed for, so I would most likely purchase again if needed.
