Love that this is natural coloring... but the coloring is less vibrant than hoped. Worth the swtich.

You will need to use a lot to get color.
Colors will not get as vibrant as with artificial dye but a great alternative!

Too Dull/Pale in Color
Colors just don’t pop. It did say that these don’t worked in heated items/baked goods, and that’s very true. But even for icings, the color is pale and not rich in color. Taste wise, it seemed fine.

Great dye free option
This is a great dye free food coloring option for baking. I used it to make my buttercream pink and it worked perfectly.
