The first one I received was DOA. I called the seller who wanted to be helpful but did not have a fix so I was directed to call the manufacturer. The error code I was getting could not be resolved so they promptly shipped out a replacement the same day for next day delivery.The replacement is wonderful. We are re-seller and buy some product in bulk around 100,000 pieces at a time then bag them in 50 or 100 count bags and heat seal them. This scale works perfect for this use with simple easy to follow instructions. You simply let the scale zero, place your container on it and hit the Tare button. Next you put on the scale any numbers of pieces , say 10, then on the keyboard type in the number of pieces on the scale and press the pieces button. From then on you just start dropping pieces in until the display reaches the number you want. Dump the container then just start dumping pieces in again. It's that simple. It also has memory setting so you don't have to go the start up count every time. Well worth the money. One note they make this scale in many load ranges. The higher the load range the lower the resolution so keep that in mind. I have the 7 Lbs range scale and it has a resolution of 0.1 grams. Also I can't say enough about the support the manufacturer gave us. Thanks

We use these scales to count out our plastic injection molded parts for packaging. These scales are very "touchy" but accurate. We have bought 2, and plan to purchase more. We are definitely happy with the purchase.

worked great & was here when they said it would be .ready to use . I know people who spent more $ and got less .
