Works the way it is intended
The media could not be loaded. I had to show my cat that this was a toy because he was confused as to what it was initially, but once he figured it out, he loved it. It's saved my furniture from being scratched up quite a bit.It's quite sturdy and was easy to assemble as well.

Good quality product
Liked the height and sturdiness of the scratching pole a lot - my cats like it and jump on it all the time!

Not safe
They've used big stapler pins all around the scratchpost to secure the rope. The product is so flimsy that the ropes come off with the staple pins. I noticed them sticking out multiple times making it extremely unsafe for your pet. Also it's not study or flat at the bottom and keeps moving away when the cats are using it.

Good scratcher good build quality
Its a wonderful scratching post.. my cat has been using it for almost an year.. the buils quality is really good.. although she doesn't play much with the hanging ball.. but she uses the scratch post a lot.. its a good buy

Works well
Works very well. Placed it near our sofas, trying to train our kittens to scratch this. I would say they habe shifted 50% of their activity to this post. Quite sturdy and steady, even when 2 of our 7 month kittens are scratching on it. Would recommend.

Too wobbly
The bolt that attaches the post to the base is not flush. There should have been a groove cut into the base for the bolt to sit in. But, there isn't. Because of that the base wobbles, and startled my cat. She won't use it.
