Complex - but has given my son (and I) hours of fun
Complex - but sturdy (resisted a 6 year old) and really good quality. I would have given it 5 stars, except it is a bit pricey - but on the other hand, its worth the money imho.

Small, complex and fiddly with inadequate instructions
A nice looking toy but very fiddly to transform, it's small size doesn't help. The instructions attempt to show the 26 steps it takes to transform, but are printed so small as to be next to useless. Spend a bit of time working it out for yourself and it's OK, I suppose, but I would suggest this is not the right toy for a child who wants to transform the toy as part of the play-narrative.

Read before you buy
This is a seriously difficult toy to transform. No 8 year old is going to be able to do this unassisted. It’s not sturdy material so there is even a risk you’ll break it just clicking the parts in to place. I’m surprised it’s as highly rated as it is. I think it’s great if you’re an adult collector - but I’m not!
