You CAN grow these as sprouts!!!
These are some of the fastest growing seeds you'll ever find! They taste great. Here are some great tips:1. The Mizuna is LOADED with lutein (which is great for your eye health).2. The product description says, "This is NOT a mix for sprouting jars or countertop sprouters." But, as you can see in my photo, they've done just fine in the sprouting jar. I've sprouted them about 3 or 4 times (these sprouts were soaked on April 23, 2022), and they've tasted just as good or better than when growing them as microgreens. I haven't gotten sick or had any ill effects...just SUPER NUTRITION!!Buying each of the seeds separately in this blend can be terribly expensive (probably because they're so good for your body). So, for $19.99/lb, I say it's a good price.

Great flavor, easy to grow, and AMAZING value for money.
LIKE: So many positives with this product. I first used it for microgreen. They were AMAZING. But then got creative and planted in small compost pots (I've review these too!). I took those microgreen seedlings and planted them in my GARDEN! And they grew AMAZINGLY. Such great flavor, they even grow into the vegetable associated with microgreen (for example radishes have grown in my garden from the radish microgreen seed). So cool!DISLIKE: Only positive reviews for this product.♡ With love, Thais @localfloridalifestyle

Great for sprouting
I purchased this to use for micro greens. The sprout rate is pretty good. The quality of the sprouts are good and they are pretty easy to take care of. They sprout within 2 to 3 days. They are very fussy and I really enjoy using them.

Pretty good
OK another micro green bag. The biggest difference between a sprout in a micro green is that you need to have soil or some kind of substrate for this to attach to. You cannot grow this in a jar. But if you can get around this piece then you'll likely be able to enjoy some delicious micro greens when they're done growing

I grow these on organic unbleached cotton!
Place them generously on cotton fabric, water and leave in a dark place until they start to sprout. Put under a grow light and they sprout up super fast and green. I love these!I add to smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads, pastas, pesto and so many more.Heres a recipe for microgreen pesto!INGREDIENTS• 2 cups of microgreens• 1 cup of basil• 1 clove of garlic, crushed• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese• 1/2 lemon squeezed• 1/4 cup of pine nuts• 1/2 cup of olive oil• Salt, pepperMakes around 1 cup.INSTRUCTIONSIn a blender, add the ingredients and blend. Use as you like!

Tasty but spicy
This stuff is extraordinarily tasty, but a tad spicy. If you can't stand the spice of a raw radish, then this isn't for you, but it is incredibly healthy.
