Cadbury Curly Wurly Chocolate Bar 5pk (Pack of 1)

Another sticking gift for my wife that got demolished!! Good packing, shipping and item arrived in perfect shape!!

They are a lot smaller but taste just as good!

Taste is wonderful but the size has been decreased dramatically since I bought it last. Unfortunately I won't buy them again bc of cost vs size.

These are the closest to "Marathon" bars we had when I was a kid. Milk chocolate and chewy caramel.

My favorite candy bar as a kid was the Marathon Bar. Bought these because they're supposed to be "the same thing." They're not. They're MAYBE 1/4 of the size of a Marathon Bar. I remember Marathon Bars having the perfect ratio of chocolate/caramel, these are almost all caramel. It was also evident that the chocolate had melted at some point, maybe during shipping, even though it's February and more than half the country is under severe winter storm warnings. Not anywhere near being worth what I paid for them, won't be buying again.

Ordered these for my husband because he didn't believe me that there was a candy bar in the UK named "Curly Wurly."I should rename this to "Squishy Flatty" because by the time this envelope reached me, the package was squashed flat - like they had been sat on or driven over. Each bar was *thin*, so much so that the curly design was flat. It was like Flat Stanley as a candy bar. The taste was there, as I remember. The texture was acceptable, but really should have been shipped in a squash-proof box, not a taped envelope.

I'd post a picture but I ate them all :PSeriously, I grew up with these, otherwise known as Marathon bars.For a cool treat, pop them into a freezer for a while and break into pieces.To me, this is my childhood, come back <3
