I started taking this for energy and it works. It may not work the first time but after a few times you can def feel the difference! I feel great! I have now tried 3 different Types of this product and this one definitely is the best. They say that the tar is better I did not find it as energizing as this particular brand I did also try another powder And it had some different affects I might actually Mix And I am very happy with This brand
