Q: This is the second chair i ordered,, i ordered a black chair, both were green. i is a lot of trouble to keep packaging it up and send it back.. why ??

If you like the chair....don't mind the color.

Q: What size is the rubber ends of the chair? Chair came with a few missing.

The “shafts” on mine are all the same at 3/4,” according to my caliper reading. The plastic feet are formed and at an angle for stability. I put a rubber foot over the cane leg cap/foot (7/8”) for better grip. If changing to rubber feet, may have to change all of them to be even. Try in safe place to see if stable, or for safety may want to just send it back. Would also drop in a metal bolt washer (3/4” outside diameter) so shafts/pipes doesn’t cut through the rubber foot. Would take the whole chair to a larger hardware store, normally has better selection, to ensure tight fit. Good luck.

Q: How do you get the three angled plastic feet off? There are attached with some kind of recessed metal thing so they won't twist off?

Mine has a rivet attaching plastic feet to legs. The only way I know to remove a rivet without any damage is the drill it down the center hole with the drill bit being the same size as the center hole. I would not remove the plastic feet as it sets the proper angle for the seat to sit properly. I did add a 3/4” black rubber foot over the plastic foot of the “cane leg.” The plastic cane foot had a tendency to slip on smooth flooring. The rubber foot makes it slightly longer as the other feet will catch on the ground also. It may work better on soft turf. Would not consider this the best walking cane as it has to be straight up and down to work. I got it so I did not have to shoulder carry a compact chair. If your intent is to add rubber feet to all the legs, be sure to put a bolt washer in each rubber foot as the metal pipe legs will cut through the rubber in no time. Good luck.
