It really works!
I have tried so many different types of water filtering over the years and never seemed to be satisfied. So far, it works!! My water tastes better (previously there was a moldy taste to it) and my hair and scalp are responding like something is wonderful - and I did not change shampoo! Every time I wash my hair it is less fragile and less static. So it has only been two weeks but I am very pleased and HOPEFUL for the long-term outcome!

it show delivery , but item it not in a package try to get help but no use
product did not described as it say , product delivery it not complete1of 2 and 2of 2 { only 1of 2 delivery } when call put on hold then disconnect

Good product
Works great! It took a few weeks but our water has greatly improved.

I like water quality
I like water quality. Skin rush gone after couple of month without clorine. All family seen improvement and I especially happy about kids. One star dropped because of painful installation. I paid professional reputable company with experience in filtration systems installation (nit this models though) and it took them 2 visits to make it not leak at connection points. And the last drip (1-2 drops per day) was in between unit output and coupling on the filter itself. Installers suggested to replace unit. But to pa few hundreds to reinstall it didn't sound like a good idea. So I had to fix it with plumbing goo myself. Overall with scheduling, and repeat visit and ordering plumbing goo and final approval of dryness it took almost a month.

Did not get the prefilter
The main filter works as expected but I did not get the prefilter that was supposed to come with it.

Stopped working after about 2 weeks
Filter worked great for 2 weeks then it was like we removed the filter and it was still there so overall not great and currently looking for another filtration system if anyone has any suggestions.

frustrated
besides weeks of trying to get the right parts for installation.we have been struggling with wash that smells bad and certain sinks that also smell and taste funny. I have run bleach through the system 3 different times and in the washer and in the sinks and I am at a loss to figure out why the wash and certain sinks dont smell or taste good. Even see a pink ring from discoloration at one sink??
