My husband really likes his set recorder. He can listen to tapes from his childhood when his parents used to record all their trips. Thank you so much for this great product.

My mother has old gospel tapes and needed a tape cassette. The sound quality is good. And it doesn't eat up the tape cassettes. With some of her tapes being over 20 years the speed quality was great. The cassette sound didn't drag or become distorted.It's small and compact and easy to carry. Will buy again.

My friend and I are both visually impaired and we live far from each other. We keep in touch by making speaking onto cassette tapes and then passing them back and forth to each other. My friend needed a new cassette recorder, so I purchased this and had it sent to her. She reports that it is working out fairly well. She says the external mic jack does not fit the mic she had around the house, but that the internal mic works ok. She says the playback sound is a little weak, so she needs to turn the volume way up. All that being said, it appears that this cassette recorder will work for us to stay in touch.

I’ve bought tens of thousands of products on Amazon and have never once written a negative review before today.Bought this to play back some childhood memories I had recorded on cassette. I know I could have paid more for something more premium, but I had a total of 4 tapes of which I planned to play back once each to decide which to record digitally, and I wasn’t concerned with audio quality.This product ate and completely destroyed the FIRST cassette I attempted to play in less than 3 seconds.Absolute piece of trash. I wish I could get compensated beyond refunding the price of this garbage considering it destroyed priceless audio from my childhood.Worst purchase ever - save yourself the trouble.

I like that it is easy to use. No USB CHARGER just old fashioned batteries. Sound is great. Easy to record and go forward and backwards at a push of a button

So I wasn't expecting much out of this but the volume is really low, was planning to return but because I could use headphones and it was low cost, thought it might be good just to have one around. The functionality was fine, simple to use, but was using for a one-time project. Rated a 3 star because of low volume.

I'm using this device to capture spoken word and musical ideas. It performs exactly as I expected. The device is not audiophile quality but it's perfect for the money. The included AC adaptor was an added bonus.

The cassette player was perfect. My husband is learning to speak conversational Italian from cassette tapes.
