Great docking option for adding standard usb.
Love the sleek profile and many options for ports. It raises unit slightly for more comfortable angle and helps with airflow which is a plus. Only requires one usb-c port to operate and powers unit very well with laptop charging port. Great item.

Will not work with Mac Monterey. Do not upgrade from bigsur
Worked fine until I allowed apple to upDate to Monterey. Now it’s useless. HDMI monitor useless , not keyboard or mouse

Died after 1 year
I used the Nov8Tech as any regular person would for a year. Just after the 1 year mark of having it (1 year and 7 days), all 4 USB ports have died and fail to register any devices. Shame that this product is made to break after 1 year of use.

Works great...until it doesn't
Purchased in mid-2021 - worked great with MacBook Air (dual monitor, external mouse/keyboard). Then it just quit. The Mac still gets power, but none of the other ports work.Not sure if it is worth picking up another or just spending more for something that will last longer.

Works perfectly with 2020 MacBook Air m1 silicone
Downloaded free DisplayLInk app and the thing just works, every port. Thin, quality aluminum with rubber bumpers top and bottom. Acts as a laptop riser if you want to place it under the rear of laptop. Price dropped $10 since I bought mine in August of 2020.

Works; Mostly. iPhone XR will not connect for back-up to a new MacBook Pro M1. Not good!
For the most part it works. The USB ports seem loose, but function.When we tried to back up an iPhone XR to our New MacBook Pro M1. It seemed to be recognized by the Finder at first, then nothing, we did everything we could think of to make the two "computers" hook-up. Connect, reconnect, different ports, update both devices, reboot both devices, etc., etc.So, I bought a USB-C to Lightning cable, plugged it directly into the other MacBook's USB-C (Thunderbolt) port and the lightning port on the phone...and voila! no problems. Back-up ran flawlessly.

Makes connecting my devices so easy!
Delivered promptly and exactly as advertised, and the seller is very responsive.This little hub is a perfect fit for my 2020 Macbook Air M1 Laptop. This docking station is built with high quality and is durable. It worked great for the HDMI data transfer I needed to make as well as use with additional electronic devices.
