Surprisingly great utility/tool pouch
I know, I know... "Made in China". I'm supposed to tell you how it's low quality and made from cheaper materials, right? Well you're gonna have a conniption because this pouch is really, REALLY good. The quality, design, materials... it's all top notch. It's ok, breathe. Relax. You good? You sure? Ok.First off, Elite Spanker shipped it out the next day so it started moving to me almost instantly and was in my hands, *from China*-- halfway across the world-- in 9 days. Tell me you haven't ordered something in your own country that took longer.Honestly it's one of the best you can find for an EOD/utility/tool pouch and second only to HSGI's "Tech/Admin Pouch". It's practically the same size as HSGI's (about 1/2" shorter all around), is unfortunately not quite as well designed internally as the HSGI (it's still good but has some issues) but it's also half the cost. It's made out of 500D Cordura like *every other company* around the world that makes tactical gear and uses official multicam nylon. It has sturdy YKK zippers that Elite Spanker had the foresight to put heat shrink tubes around the pulls so I don't have to. There's a nice slot for a small pen on the front that is made out of a synthetic material that feels leather-like and it's also PALS compatible because Yo Dawg, we heard you like pouches so we made a pouch you can put a more pouches onto your pouch (that's right, I'm digging that meme up). It's also got a nice zippered front pouch for a notebook and while the button closure feels unnecessary it's welcome all the same. The stitching is exact, no loose threads and is toughened up at the stress points.Inside is where it counts though, right? Right. The inside is ENORMOUS. You will have plenty of space for most tools plus smaller, easily lost items can go in the zippered section to keep them safe and secure. The front and middle panels have elastic webbing that face each other, with larger webbing behind smaller ones. The inward facing side of the center panel is covered in loop so you can attach small hook pouches or patches. The back panel has 3 open top pockets, 2 small and 1 big.Right now this pouch is holding my multitool, 2 buffers, pen & sharpie, cleaning clothes, a bunch of small parts for my lower receiver, a nylon & steel brush, 2 screw drivers, a flashlight, electrical tape, laser boresight, a tactical 'Dillo from LaRue, a Torx screw set and there's plenty of space for more.Ok, the cons, or, how I would make this the absolute best tool pouch on the market (hopefully Elite Spanker reads their reviews because these issues can be easily fixed and it would destroy the competition if they made the fixes)--1) It needs MUCH more 1/2" elastic webbing. Currently there are only 2, half inch spots out of 3 straps of webbing. There are two identical elastic webbing straps facing each other so take one of them and change it a row of as many 1/2" sections as you can fit on the strap. 1/2" is the perfect size for all sorts of items... pens, screw drivers, rods, lighters, batteries, a million different things. Behind it 1" or 2" webbing.2) Ditch the two smaller open top pockets at the back and replace it with zippered mesh pockets. Either 2 small and 1 medium or 2 medium sized. Mesh pockets work for every use imaginable... tools, medical, EDC, etc.3) While the loop side of the center panel is nice, it's unnecessary. Replace it with more webbing and/or mesh pockets or a series of draw strings for those who want to use it as a medical pouch. Definitely keep it detachable. That's a really great touch.4) And lastly the biggest issue... it needs to be deeper. The bottom is currently around 2" but needs 3" at least, probably 4". This pouch can hold SO MUCH but ultimately it's limited by the fact that, even at around 70% full, you can't zipper it shut because 2" is nowhere near deep enough. Yes, you can always take out the center panel but that also means you'll loose half the space to strap down tools. This is also partly because the elastic webbing on the center panel and the front faces each other so whatever you strap down has to be placed in an avoidance pattern so it doesn't push against whatever is strapped down on the opposite side. The fix for this is to push the depth out by 1 or 2" to make this a non-issue and it'll be perfect.Oh-- laser cut webbing would be nice, too 😎And that's all! If you need a tool pouch you honestly can't go wrong with this. It's legit quality and half the price of the HSGI tool pouch which I know is a big deciding factor for so many people. Shipping really isn't that much longer than usual, despite coming from China. The quality and toughness is exactly the same as "name brand" manufacturers and it's made from the exact same materials-- 500D official multicam Cordura. So unless you're an HSGI loyalist or have a *very* specific reason to get that pouch, this should be the one you get! Sometimes you can save money AND get quality!

Great quality, robust zippers...
Great pack, great adjustablility. Thin unlike many bulky packs, many many alternate uses. Stitching looks good, ill update if that changes.

High Quality. Small. Just Okay Value.
Second purchase of Elite Spanker pouch (1st one EDC gadget bag). Very high quality products and I wanted to love this admin pouch. It did not disappoint on quality and features, so giving it a 4 star rating (no 5 star due to lower value). I love all the pouches features except the interior open pockets. I feel they are soo loose, items will easily slip out. I also don't like its size (9.4" x 7.1" x 1.6") and value ($40+ including tax).Based on the info above and other reviews, I decided to look at other admin pouches and came across Savior. I have never owned one and decided to order it on Amazon. The Savior is 10" x 8" x 1.75" and costs $17+ including tax. I compared the two pouches (see pictures). Based on the quality, features and price (value), the Savior (for my needs) wins. The only cons for the Savior is no YKK zippers and the velcro straps (no clue why they are there). Also, the empty pouches weigh 17.3 oz. (Savior) and 11.6 oz. (Elite Spanker). For sure I am going to keep the Savior and order another one. They will be used on my tactical bag and Grey Man Tactical molle grid. I will soon determine if I will return the Elite Spanker.I hope this helps.

Highly Useful, We’ll-Made Quality Product
I bought this pack for my Jeep, to strap into a MOLLE mounting solution on the inside of the rear tailgate. The idea was to use it to carry specific small tools and gadgets. I was reluctant at first because there are several styles/models all measuring slightly different and wasn’t sure which I had ordered. This one turns out to be about 9" wide x 7.5" tall by about 3" deep. When it did arrive I was surprised. First impressions were hefty construction, durable, solid, well-made with plenty of room for my application - without being too large and cumbersome. Because it lives in the Jeep, weight isn’t a concern, but its size is perfect. I can fit a Leatherman, Mini-Mag Light, folding knife, tire gauges, etc. MOLLE straps worked perfect for my use; long enough to thread through slotted openings then re-attach snaps to the pack's back. Zippers seem suitable for the pack-not thin and prone to blow/catch but robust and easy-gliding to use without straining. There are lots of little pockets allowing storage of smaller, easy to misplace items too. I found this to be a solid, useful, well-made pack. I liked it so much I bought a second.

good quality...but....too large to be used as a chest mounted admin pouch. this would work without mag pouches, or as a back mounted resupply cash. good but large
