I made homemade caramel corn and this popcorn was perfect! Will buy again. Over 95% of kernels popped. Taste is amazing!!!

Sorry, I was excited about buying from a first generation farmer.. but not excited about the price for popcorn.. against my better judgement I ordered it hoping for the ultimate popcorn experience ... I'm afraid I didn't get that. Most of the popcorn, I'd say 80 percent looked like regular popcorn, some small, some larger than regular but not nearly as many Mushroom pops as I had dared dream for. I made it for the super bowl game and was going to put duck fat on it like I had in a fancy restaurant a few weeks ago. My husband researched popcorn and said to buy the Mushroom popcorn.. so i did. Very disappointed.. I'm not sure how this is very different from the popcorn you buy at the grocery store for much less money.. perhaps I'll try it again and see since there is no return on it.. but $20 for a lb of popcorn.. I expected something out of this world. I was put off by others reviews of mushroom popcorn stating the same reasons I was disappointed.. but theirs was not as expensive. I figured going for the most expensive (no review yet).. would ensure me a great product. tell me again, why this is $20 a lb popcorn.. perhaps I'm missing something.. I'm 64 years old and have loved popcorn since I could point and scream for it.. so I know how to make popcorn and what to expect. sorry, but not impressed. I'll send a picture, since it is just sitting in the same bowl from yesterday and I toss my dogs few pieces every once in a while....

Many kernels did not pop despite following online directions and hints. Also, the kernels that did pop were not very big.

Loved the big pops, my issue is the hulls. They're loaded. At one point I had a mouth full of hulls. Any suggestions on how to avoid them? Otherwise I would not buy this product again

It’s been years since I “popped” at home; those micro bags are just too easy. BUT I have decided to pay more attention to what I’m eating and I love a good local company. I was a little shocked at the three to one ratio of corn to oil, but in went 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil, three kernels to start with and then 3/4 cup of kernels, lid on and shake shake shake…..there were no unpopped or burned kernels and when I consider that it made such a huge bowl and that I used a healthy fat, I’m actually very pleased. Now if I can just keep from putting a ton of butter and salt on it when I sit down to enjoy Sunday afternoon football!

We do not like this flavor the consistency is not good.

I just made this last night for my popcorn and movie day. Very disappointed. The corns did not pop as big (the same volume) as other brands. Plus, the kernels were very tough. And gosh, the taste wasn't very good either. BUT the little container that the popcorn came in was a delight; so cute.
