FXR Sports Speed Drag Sled Strength Training Fitness Power Resistance

Although it's not wide enough initially, I put two 10kg then one 5kg olympic weights on and then throw on whatever weights I am intending to to pull on top of those as that goes over the two little handles.I then have bought a dipping belt and attached a strap through the holes on that and attach that through that to the sled and it's absolutely great for dragging backwards through my garden.I'm super happy with this, it's a great work out to just pull along and I can really feel it working!
