Q: Do these come it a box that is easy to grab one when needed?

No. The whole pile is folded in half in a plastic bag and it is a little challenging to only get one out at a time.

Q: why does this say free shipping and then charge you $32 when you try to pay for it?

I wasnt charged anything extra, but they never actually shipped the product. Evidently they show it shipped a day or two after placing your order so they can collect for it and then never ship it. Ive been waiting a month, they keep telling me to wait a little longer.
