Buy it!
I have a Mapex Orion set that I gig with every weekend and needed cases that I could count on to protect my drums even when other band members or fans "help" me! My old kit got pretty scratched up in the mixture of bags and cheap cases I had before, but the SKB's are excellent. They do cost more than others, but I think it's worth it. Each tom case fits in the next smallest case so that I'm able to put them away in the corner at rehearsals and gigs without taking up too much space. I recommend these above any cases I have seen.

It is a SKB, what to say?
This is my second case from this line (SKB Roto-X) and it is sturdy, tough, light (if you consider the sturdiness) and well made. My older case has more than 10 years now and it has no flaws whatsoever. This one I bought for a 5 inches snare drum and it will most probably last for decades.

Will protect your drum, high-quality, internally padded.
Excellent quality drum case. In ternal he patted to prevent damage to your snare drum. Outer case is hard material that will prevent any damage to your expensive investment.

Stronger than dirt
I bought this to protect a new (expensive) snare when transporting to gigs. It protects very well and is easy to use. I like the padded interior, and the external straps are strong. I expect this to last a long, long time.
