I love Solgar products period! I use them for many of my supplements. I take one tablet of vitamin C daily and it has prevented me from catching colds and flu while working in a retail environment. My boyfriend got influenza and I normally get whatever he gets. This is the first time I did not get sick. One tablet a day is an easy way to save money from losing time and energy while being sick. A definite must have to everyone's supplements. I also have fibromyalgia and I did notice that my energy levels were not compromised at all. I expected to have to rest more whenever people get sick in the household but this time I did not need extra rest.

Fairly happy with these vitamins. I like that they are higher potency, but that results in a larger pill that makes me dread taking it.

Great for immune system support.
I’ve always had a sensitive stomach and vitamin c was always one vitamin that irritated my stomach and GERD when i used it. This brand has been great as I’ve had zero issues with my stomach while using it.I take one a day with my normal vitamins and i can say I’ve definitely been a lot less sick this year. Always great falling back on a natural immune system booster during those times of the year when people are sick.
