Q: For those that made a fairy door, what did you use for roof shingles? I don’t see any part of the mold that can make those?

I had some little wood shingles left over from a doll house I made. Hobby Lobby has them. You could make the roof by cutting the ends off of popcicle sticks, or broken pieces off of a pine cone. Any shape you can make from clay. The picture looks like it's made out of half clay circles. Have fun.

Q: Can you bake clay in mold?

Tried it once. Parts of the clay got too hot and nearly set fire to the oven. Yes I watched videos and followed directions carefully. I bake them on a cookie sheet after removing them from mold.
