Bought this because of high reviews my dog gets a bit smelly. This item did nothing couldn't even smell unless I picked up and smelt it close to my nose. I have now put in smallest room in house IE toilet. Where you can just smell it.

I bought 2 of these for our cars and the smell is ok, but I find it a bit too stingy. It does work well in small spaces, but I don't know if it just covers the bad smell or catches it. Might try a different scent, when these dry up.

Please don't waste your money on these. I was really hoping they might help reduce the odours from my cats' toilet box area. I also bought one for our bathroom. The first 1 to 2 days the scent was very overpowering and not pleasant, like cheap air freshener crossed with fly spray. My family said it was a horrible sickly smell. It gave me a headache. After 2 days the scent had almost completely gone unless you stuck your nose right in the pot. As for the odour absorbing - it made no difference whatsoever. But to be honest, in my experience, none of these miracle odour absorbing blocks/gels/granules actually work. Better off burning a couple of nice incense cones and opening a window, or using a bowl of pot pourri.

I used to burn a lot of scented candles but apparently they are not good for you...Recently I had a mouse infestation which was just awful. A pest control company has dealt with it but to my horror there must have been dead mice under my kitchen floor as a result and there has been a smell. Apart from wanting to rip up the floor/move house/never go in the kitchen again I have had to deal with it. The pest control man recommended this product. It kind of neutralises the smell. Its own smell is fairly innocuous. I still need the windows open all the time though!

It seems to do 60%- 70% effective
