Good but u hv to use it forever

Women, if you are losing your hair and are even in your 30's you can have early menopause. I had my tubes tied when I was 30, at the age of 36 I noticed hot flashes and hair thinning. I got my blood work done and my FSH levels are 73...menopause.I have been diagnosed with tubal ligation syndrome...not everyone gets it when they get their tubes tied. I am now 39 and have used Rogaine foam for women for over a year. You can not stop the treatment EVER or your hair will fall out again. I also use Nioxin System 6 Shampoo and Conditioner for women, the foam may make you have a dry scalp. I like the foam better because it is 5% minoxidil instead of the 2%. My hair has filled in at the crown and my hair grows at an incredible rate.I have to face the fact that my hair prob won't ever be like it was in my 20's, but as you age we all change. I love Rogaine foam and highly recommend anyone to use it!I also take 5,000 mg of biotin and a multi-vitamin daily. I am on Loestrin low progesterone and estrogen birth control to regulate my hormones, Vagifem hormone inserts and take 4 Premerin pills during my sugar pill week in my birth control pills.For people blaming Rogaine for their hair shedding, it truly may be your hormone levels. Hormones will make your hair thin, my hair is much better now, but I am proactive.

I started using Rogaine about 1 month ago and am still experiencing some shedding. I heard that this is pretty common and that it takes about 3 to 4 months to start seeing results. During the first few weeks I experienced the dry, itchy scalp but I remedied that problem by using a better conditioning product.I still don't see results, it's too soon. I'm dedicated to using Rogaine for 6 months and I'll post a follow up at that time.FOLLOW UP: I just started my 4th bottle so I'm on month 4. My shedding is completely reduced, not stopped but not nearly the amount of shed that I experienced before using Rogaine. I no longer have to vacuum hair off of my jackets and office chair. I think I see new hairs growing too! I'm really not sure if they are new or broken hairs that are growing back. I notice them mostly along my hairline and they are spikey and difficult to style. I started this review when I first started using this product and had given it 3 stars because I was still shedding quite a bit and this product caused a very dry scalp. I'm now bumping the product to 4 stars because of the shed reduction but scalp is still dry and flaky. If I could say for certain that I have new hair growth then this product would get 5 stars.I will revisit when I finish month 6 to let you know how it's going.

Bought this for my wife who has been suffering with hair loss which runs in her family (2 sisters and mother). She’s used it for a little less than 2 months and you can actually see the new hair growing in. The instructions say to use two times a day, so go ahead and follow directions because it doesn’t interfere with your hairstyle. She puts it on after washing her hair then styles with other hair products like mousse or volume booster. Then again at night before bed. It dries quickly and doesn’t stain her pillow cases. She highly recommends this Rogaine product. It’s almost time to order a new supply. Bad thing is that you have to continue using it forever if you don’t want your hair to fall back out. Sometimes she misses an application which doesn’t seem to matter. She’s tried other name brand products including biotin with no luck. Try Rogaine, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been using this product for over 10 years. It works as long as you consistently use it.

Haven’t seen any growth yet still waiting.

This is my second order of Rogaine for Women. I wasn't certain this would work for me, as so many reviewers didn't have good results or any results. Applying twice a day seemed a bit excessive to me and I wasn't certain I would follow through. Although this product comes with some instruction, it doesn't say whether it should be rubbed into the scalp or dabbed on with aid of cotton balls or what, so I started by simply applying, then combing it through my hair to keep the liquid from running everywhere. Within a month I was growing fuzzies! The fuzzies turned into hair and the hair is healthy and shiny! I have tried massaging it gently on the scalp, letting it just run and washing it from where I don't want it, combing it and there doesn't seem to be any difference. I color the new hair just as I do the "old" hair, style it with gels, heating irons and hair spray. I have no thin spots any more. I am a very happy customer.

How could you send out an old smashed box looking like old stock like this? I'm not happy and I hope this product will work and that it hasn't been sitting in the heat. Amazon is supposed to be trusted supplier!!!
