Having tried flash cards and several books on the market this book without a doubt is the easiest way to learn new vocabulary in a fun way. In this day and age kids are accustomed to bright colorful images on a screen this book caters for that with interesting and vivid pictures/photographs for each word, making it far better than any other books I’ve seen and used with my son. The pictures enable your child to embed new vocabulary into their memory with ease.The format is user friendly alongside each picture there is a definition, as well as antonyms and synonyms for each word, this means your child is actually learning much more than 500 words. Another handy feature are all the exercises at the back (with answers) to consolidate all the learning.It has by far proved to be the fastest and easiest way for my son to learn new vocabulary for the grammar test. He has learnt and retained far more vocabulary from this book compared to anything else I’ve used, in fact he actually enjoys learning from this book. Highly recommended!

This product itself is very good, however it was just left on my doorstep for anyone to pick up and it has been pouring it down with rain today. This is more about poor delivery than the item but there is nowhere else to complain about that than here

My son enjoyed it a lot very helpful

This book has a huge variety of words in an extremely child friendly format. It doesn’t feel that you are actually laboriously learning vocabulary. Pictures are bright engaging and link clearly to the words being depicted. There are also vocabulary exercises at the back of the book allowing you to test the knowledge. The fact that it links to 11 plus vocabulary is a bonus. My child was able to peruse the book himself and because of the variety of pictures would often stop at a picture and then read the word description underneath. It’s put the fun back into learning new vocabulary.
