A Good Replacement for Tension Devices that meet the Standards
This device installed easily to the existing brackets, so it meets the standards for this kind of thing.It's a little thicker than the old one, but that doesn't effect it's use. I would buy again.It gets a little tricky attaching it to the brackets, because you have to keep tension on the cord while you screw in the little screw that holds the device to the bracket. I had one get away from me before I got it right. Otherwise it was a pretty straightforward installation.

Easy replacement for bead chain tensioner.
The tensioner for our bead-chain roll-up blind was failing, so I tried this cord tensioner.It had a couple of mounting options, so it was no problem finding one that worked for my installation.It snapped over the bead chain and the spring kept good tension.
