Excellent product
Can surely go for it. Appearances is good , capacity is great, steardy steel material, dispenser performance is good, reviewing after 1 week of purchase .

Pl donot purchase as stainless steel is very poor quality. And hot and cold function is terrible. hot water becomes cool in 2-3 hours.Complaint service of cello is also very poor. I made complaint in company thru mail about product not working as per description on sales site i.e."keeps hot and cold for long hours"... It does not work for short hours also...Company provided sales person number, who totally denied this fact. I asked him to provide better cello product but he refused and his behaviour was very rude on phone also and so pl boycott such pharzi company and go for Milton

Poor quality than our previous Cello 14 lit Jaguar
We have used Cello water jug for many years.Like the previous one, we bought a new one last month through Amazon.But in less than 1 month the "Pull button broke'. Really disgusting.Since we have used the same type of Cello jug for many years without any problem, it is obvious that the item's quality has deteriorated.With the broken Pull button, the water jug cannot be used.Money is just wasted if the pull-button cannot be repaired.Great set back to our country's effort towards 'Make in India'.Disgusting.

It's an old model and tap is very weak
The worst product from cello. The tap broke within two months from purchase. Don't buy this product.
