I drink water from these ice cold mugs daily. They work really well. Sometimes the water freezes against the inside of the mug. However, buyer beware, they do crack after repeated freezing and thawing.

We purchased these cups to keep drinks cold longer. The plastic cover on the cups' outside does not hold up to the freezer temperature and cracks down the side exposing the gel interior.

I absolutely love these! I use the with & without the lid & straw. They work great! Thru freeze fast & then they're ready to go! They're w little on the expensive side, but I think these will last a long time. On these cups there's less places for it to come undone or crack. Thank you so much!

Great product!! I have purchased 3 times one hint store in the freezer upside down the cups lasts so much longer.I don't ever want to be without the freezer mugs!

Gel in mug keeps a drink cold for a long time.I bought a set of 4 over a year ago and now all are cracked around the lip of the mug and one split down the middle. Company should get rid of the twist on top and make the lip thicker and smoother.No need for the colors either so make a plain set for adults.I have used several of these types of mugs in the past and storing them upside down in the freezer helps to minimize cracking.

I love these and they work great the lids stop little flying things from sharing my cold drinks but I have found 3 of the 4 have cracked on the outside wall and I have only had them a short time. I am the only user and dont use a dishwasher so this is upsetting.

I give them 5 because they do there job. Keep my drink cold, kids like the colors, and lids to keep things out of them. But, you do have to hand wash, no just throwing them in the top rack like others. This was almost a deal breaker for the wife, but the kids saw them and 'we must haven't they said so the cups stayed.

The day I received these I was very pleased. Down hill from then on ! ! I hand washed and placed in freezer and when I felt it was ready to use I filled and used. First thing I noticed was that it did not retain the cold I thought it would . Started over still the same. Then on third try I felt something sticky on my hand , and you guessed it the gel was leaking on side of mug. I went to check the others and all were cracked on bottom and three had side slits very straight lines on all. The one leaking had the largest and longest slit. I am grateful the breaks were on the outside of mugs and not the inside, or I would have been getting it in my drink and may not have noticed the problem. The ones I have been using for 5-6 years I paid under $3.00 each for and they are just now failing. They were bought at Wal-Mart and Bi-Mart. I sincerely hope this company figures out the problem and fixes it. I use these types of mugs year around as I like what ever I am drinking to stay ice cold. I will be sending them back Monday. Will not try this maker again !
