Easy to use. Very precise.

This item had to be returned not once, but twice. The first one of these arrived Dead On Arrival. It was very well-packaged and packed and looked as though it was just the thing we need to replace the broken counting scale the business has been using for four years.Replacing was completely painless and a replacement was sent out by Azon in a timely manner; however, when the second one arrived, also extremely well-packaged, it turns out that this is Not a TRUE COUNTING SCALE. Yes, it will count by tens from 10 to 100, but this is almost useless to a business which has to count a bag my multiples of 5, or any number that is not 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100.As a result this was immediately packaged up and sent back, to be replaced by a true counting scale (at twice the cost, mind).In summary: This is an apparently well-made scale that may or may not work right out of the box that is advertised as a Counting Scale but, because of its counting limitations, can't really be considered a counting scale, but it is cheap.So, if you want a cheap scale and you are willing to take your chances, and you don't care about the counting function, this may be a good choice, but it is Not Recommended.

This scale seems to work well with very light objects (measurements of only a few grams) as well as fairly heavy objects a couple gallons of water. It has an easy to use tare system so you can put the container on the scale, tell it to tare, remove the container, add the item being measured and put the now full container on the scale and see the weight added.

So far the scale has been good. It measures accurately and consistently. It's easy to clean, easy to use, and the display is easy to read. As I have only owned it for a couple of months, I cannot speak as to the longevity of the scale, but I will say that I have used it around 40 times, and so far there have been no quality issues whatsoever.

Seems to be very accurate and performs as described. Like the counting and tarr weight features.

It is very accurate

This balance is an affordable choice for 0,1g accuracy. The display is a bit hard to read from certain angles, but bright and large. The balance can be recalibrated using a standard calibration weight, which is a big plus for our small business. I had a problem with the first balance received, but the company was extremely responsive and solved the problem completely and replaced the balance rapidly and at no cost. I had excellent after-purchase service.

I bought this for my home based business. It’s works perfectly. Compact size as well light weight to move around. I wish size of tray little bigger so bags can fit properly as my Kraft paper gusset bottom bags are little wide at bottom. Still it’s works right for me though.

this product was purchased 2 weeks ago, upon using the 2nd time the scale malfunctioned. When mentioning to seller they did nothing about it. will have to return and buy else where. very very very dissapointed with the product and seller.I do not recommend this scale...will seem great at first then will display inaccurate measurements in no time.
