I’ve been using this face wash for several years and I love it. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. Leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth. Light, natural scent. I use a few other Ursa Major products too, which I also recommend. Great products for middle-age skin!

I always like Ursa Major, and been buying their products when I run out. I bought the deodorant, wipes and tried the samples that came with purchases. This review is about the face wash. I got this mainly for DH. He wants one that is not too much scent, smell nice to him instead of too fruity or flowery, the right texture,easy to use, and I want something that is unisex and non toxic. It's harder to find good green, non-toxic personal care brands for men. There maybe seem like a lot are out there, but it could be green-washing or mainly targeting women folks. So, when he tried the sample and like it, I know I need to get it. Plus, it is good when both of us can use the same thing, less clutter in the bathroom.For me, when I use it, it removes my daily grimes and SPF, feel clean and no dry/tight feeling after wash. You need very little to lather up. This is a pretty big bottle and will last a long time. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. Oh, Prime free shipping helps.

I love the way this cleanser feels, smells and really works, with a washcloth, to clean my face & remove blackheads & dead-skin-cells & makes my face feel so smooth & clean & it glows, so I actually use it on my whole body! It works better than ANY face-wash, I have ever used! I used to have to use a toner, to finish removing dead skin cells, but this does the job, by itself.

This product smells great—mostly like cedar—but it does irritate the eyes just a bit (even when not getting in the eyes). It makes your skin super smooth and clear and clean. It super scrubs. BUT—it’s quite strong and it can make my skin pink. Since it lacks any creamy element, it leaves you rather exposed. HOWEVER—it doesn’t leave residue like creamy soaps do, which I like. Given that, I use this soap once or twice a week. Really get everything down to the bone, and I have a mild creamy face soap for other days.

I love the thick creamy lather of this fantastic face wash (it lives up to its name😃) and the light but invigorating scent that envelopes your senses as your using it and my skin feels wonderful after using it as well not tight like some cleansers but not greasy at all either. I also love that this company and product are made in my home state, Vermont! No wonder it is so good!

I look forward to washing my face because I love this product so much. It was a little on the expensive side for me, but you truly just need the tiniest drop for it still be super sudsy and lathering, so the bottle is going to last a long time. It feels powerful but gentle at the same time, and it smells so good. Please never stop making this product!

I've now used this facewash once a day for roughly a year. I have to say this has been one of the best if not the best face wash I have used. I'm no skin expert, but I know for a fact I sweat from my scalp and that I have an oily skin type. This face wash left my skin feeling clean, without feeling tight or dry after using it. It also didn't make me overproduce oils like some washes do. It was just the right balance for my skin. I mean sure I would still get a small pimple here and there, but that's impossible to avoid. The smell and texture were a bit odd at first, but it grew on me. Overall I think its a good product I would recommend to anyone and try at least once to see if it works for them.
