Our Jack Russell, Alec, has bad joints and although he loves walks and running around, we need to keep it to a minimum. All I can say about this carrier is wow- it is so well made and very comfy for both! Alec is a larger JRT- 10KG's, and it fits perfectly (I believe this is the BIG one). I thought he was going to be a complete nightmare to get settled into it and admittedly, we did have one failed attempt, but we discovered that the best way to get them in and in the correct place, was to keep him standing on all fours and put his feet through the holes, sort his tail, clip everything up and adjust where possible, before putting into the upright/carry position. I would also recommend double-side taping the padded bottom/seat down to stop movement and use the padded chest plate and not the cloth one. Yes, the carrier is pricey, but I would 100% recommend it! Perfect for our little cairn terrier who suffers with arthritis. She was able to come on long walks on holiday. The carrier is sturdy, comfortable and secure and she was perfectly happy so presume she was comfortable! The first time using it, we took her out after climbing steep cliff steps and she wagged her tail and stepped back into it. Quite pricey but worth it.

Very good quality item. Does what it says on the tin. A bit fiddly to put our (smallish) dog in it at first but you get the hang of it quickly and so does the dog. Make sure you buy the right size bag for your dog though.

Really well made, and very Comfortable for both me and the dog too.My dog has cruciate knee injury so whilst she heels, she cannot come on walks longer than 15mins...but now with this she can tag along with the rest of us for a good while longer and doesn't have to stay home alone.Can't decide who likes it best., me or my pooch.!

Really well made product. I thought it would take a few tries for my dog to get used to it but she loves it. She's a nervous dog but obviously feels very secure. I'm amazed. Also fantastic service by the vendor and product arrived well ahead of schedule, which for current times (lockdown + Brexit) needs commending.

We bought this carrier because our little Westie has got arthritis in his back hips and so finds it hard to walk too far so we put him in it for about 30-45 mins or so each time and he finds it OK and when we take him out and let him walk he is fine and dandy again, he looks comfortable and looks like he quie enjoys it.Great buy!!

awful product! i brought this to carry my sister round in and as i was taking my trolley back she fell out of it on the floor and grazed her ginger toe hairs on the floor (so embarrassing never want to go out again)

We got this as our 10 year old Frenchie can only walk for a limited period but we also have a 12 month old Spinone that walks for hours. This enables us to go for long walks as a family and when our Frenchie gets tired we can carry her the rest of the way. The carrier is very well made and strong. Very happy with this product
