Flat footed? Nurse? Start here.
The best arch supports ever. I buy a size 8 1/2 women's, and I use the Merrell hiking boots size 9. I removed the inserts from the hiking boots and put these in--they are a perfect fit. This combo is much better than any other nursing shoes I've ever used. That includes tennis shoes, clogs, or Birkenstocks. My knees don't hurt, my feet don't hurt. I would definitely buy these again.

Comfy but ease into it
I really like these inserts and would encourage anyone with flat feet to ease into it a bit. It helped immediately with severe Morton's neuroma pain and worked so well on 30-60 min walks. But when I wore them for 5 hours while on my feet the whole time (after only having them for a week), I had pain/blistering in my arch area. So I would just wear it for an hour a day to start then increase slowly to avoid this.

Affordable Arch Support Insoles for Walking, Back Pain & All-Day Comfort
I bought these arch support insoles for walking after taking up a daily walking routine, around 12,000 steps a day. After a while, I started experiencing lower back pain and foot fatigue. Someone at the gym suggested trying orthotic insoles, so I went to the mall where they scanned my feet and recommended custom insoles… for over $100! No way.I searched Amazon for a more affordable option and found these plantar fasciitis insoles. I’m so glad I did. These shoe inserts for back pain provided the right arch and heel support, making walking much more bearable. I noticed less discomfort in my feet and back, and I’ve been waking up with noticeably less morning pain. They fit perfectly in my sneakers and gave me the kind of cushioning and foot support I didn’t even know I needed. I’ve used them in both casual shoes and running shoes, and they’ve held up great. If you're on your feet all day or getting back into a fitness routine, these insoles for standing all day are a game changer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for affordable shoe insoles for men and women.

Great idea bad execution
At first I thought it was a great idea. You get both arch support as well as metatarsal support. The metatarsal support is the noticeable bump towards the center. Like first time users with new arch support insoles it takes about a day to get used to the feeling but once you get acclimated the insole becomes very comfortable. You no longer feel the bump. The metatarsal support bump requires a brief adjustment period just like the arch support insoles. The one major downside and the reason for the 3 stars is the insole is designed to narrow. It was so narrow my sole would overlap and pinch against the sides of the boots. It caused a major blister. I was forced to return them. They were so comfortable initially. If they would only make the insole a bit wider it would perhaps the best insole I’ve ever purchased.

If this is your first time with this kind of orthotic, ease into it. There is an adjustment period.
I have high arches and suffer from Morton's Neuroma if I wear shoes without proper arch support. My podiatrist recommended an orthotic like this for me, and I purchased ones made by New Balance. I remember when I first got them, that they were a little uncomfortable to walk on (like you have a big rock in your shoe). My doctor said to take it slow at first with this type of orthotic and wear it for a few hours a day. Eventually you get to the point that you do not even realize that they are there (except that your neuroma inflammation no longer rears it's painful , ugly head). I got some new shoes recently, and wanted the same style orthotic. The New Balance one's are great, but they cost more than the shoes. I thought I would give this one a try, and I'm very happy to report that they work well, and appear to be just as good as the much more expensive New Balance orthotic. I've not had them long enough to comment on their durability, but they look to be of very good quality, and at this price point, even if they last 1/3 the time as my other orthotic, I will be money ahead. I noticed that the negative reviews all mention that the "bump" in the middle of the orthotic caused pain. I think that is just a normal part of the acclimation process for most people. If this is your first time with an orthotic like this, gradually build up the time you wear it, and soon you will not even notice the bump. I hope this review helps your decision making.

Missing metatarsal bump
The arch placement is very good, but the metatarsal bump is largely missing from the new version. The old version was nearly perfect, and I would give it five stars. The new version is basically useless, if you have metatarsalgia, this deserves no stars. I’m averaging two stars, in the hope that the manufacturer will return to the previous version, the one still shown in the product description photos.

They work!
Over the years I’ve tried dozens of insoles to help with metatarsalgia. The Walkcomfy have been a lifesaver, far better than any I’ve tried, some much more expensive. Been using for 3/years now and just ordered another 2 pair. Use them in all my shoes. Love’em!
