I love the design of this chair, it was a great choice in keeping the style I was going for with my office redesign. It was easy enough to put together. After using it for a few months now I’ve noted a few negatives. One is that one of the wheels keep falling off. I don’t know how since the chair is sitting on all of the wheels, but it has happened twice. Secondly, this chair replaced a very cushiony large black upholstered chair that I had been using for many years. There was nothing wrong with it, it just no longer went with the new remodel. After just a short time of sitting in the chair every day, it starts to become quite uncomfortable as the amount of padding is net to nothing.It’s a stylish chair, rolls and smiles nicely, looks great in my office. But if you have issues with sitting on hard surfaces for periods of time, it may not be for you.

Love the look of this chair, super chic but officey. The only problem with the white, is that it picks up the color of my pants and leaves a stain every time.

It’s a little hard on your bottom after sitting in it for a long time. There’s not much padding to it.

The chair looks great but isn’t very strong. The main support plate bent shortly after I bought it. I contacted support multiple times but they never contacted me for a replacement or repair.Buyer Beware

Very disappointed in this chair! It arrived dirty. The directions are just a picture and you have to guess at how to put it together. Unfortunately, I went through that grueling process prior to seeing the dirt and flawed material. Need to figure out how to return with no box.

Chair is broken after only 5 months of use. It leans 2 inches low on one side. I asked company for replacement.

Chair is OK. Assembles well. Looks nice.But can't help but say it "feels" thin. As in, cheap, easy to break and not comfortable for long periods of time.I need to buy a pad for this so I can sit in it for hours.
