I've been using these snack bars and I have nothing but praises. The 6g Protein, 5g Sugar and Gluten Free composition is just the health kick I needed. Good protein snack, crunchy-nuts. Dark chocolate. Low sodium, no genetically engineered ingredients. High in fiber,no sugar alcohols,5g sugar, 6g protein. Good satisfaction. Filling inbtwn meals. Sticky if you get it wet.
