I love this Greek fine semolina... the best. I made homemade puddings and also use it for my pie fillings. You can use it and it thickens a little or a lot- your choice. I like to use it for thickening instead of a lot of cornstarch. It is healthy and top of the line semolina because of its pure fineness. You will love the ease of working with it.
